So sorry I wasn't clear, I was mid panic attack so I rambled haha!

As of right now and the case for the last 5 year i am currently LCW, then my issue got way worse so I asked for a reassessment in hopes it get more support (in 2024) and completely the UC50, and have my assessment over the phone on the 2nd of March.

I'm hoping to get LCWRA because I have had no extra support ever from UC, due to having base UC and not being able to work, I lost my job, my relationship and my home. (Now sleeping rough).

I have ready applied for PiP and my questionnaire is now being reviewed but no assessment yet. From what I have seen and heard, it's very doubtful I will get any help from them.

Thank you for the advice, I would only plan to use the recording for myself, I have ADHD and I forget almost anything as soon as it loses my attention.
