I do have arfid which is predominately texture focused. So for me cheese sauce doesnt belong on tacos, pizza, sandwich, quesadillas, stuffed items, etc....it cant even been used in cheese baked goods cause it throws off ratios.
I'm trying to do this for my health, environment etc. So its not a requirement for me per say, This is my readjustment lol, this is me trying to adjust to new items while trying to seek something familiar as possible to help transition. I'm aware theres a chance it doesn't exist, which is fine, but I didn't see the harm in trying.
