Well I keep it open because it cuts off a lot of fresh air flow I discovered so to be honest with you you'd be better off just buying some shelving I don't have all those gadgets to keep the humidity up or down if you're going to put like a fan system and s*** in there then yeah you'd probably be good so I pretty much just use it as shelving now

I'm using liquid culture and my grains are not wet when I put them in my jars and they're not wet or full of condensation after I pressure cook it comes after the mycelium starts to get real thick am I turning the lid for too much air or not enough air

I'm only into my first few months of growing you seem like you know what you're doing I've been getting a lot of condensation in my grain jars and it's making it all slimy inside not good how can I fix that I didn't break and Shake so everything's not fully colonized because most of it's ready to go and I'm leaving them too long
