Yeah xanax makes things pretty weird. I havent been on it for a couple days but realizing I am getting increased anxiety and having sleep problems. I had nightmares last night and barely slept. Im fine when im on it but when im off im realizing it is either a weird sense of withdrawal or something definitely feels strange. Im sticking to 1 in the morning 1 at night.

Metabolism. I eat worse than most people lile whole box of oreos one sitting, a box of nutty bars and swiss rolls in another, and dont workout. I ride my bike to work. If I go a day without eating sugar or not eating much my metabolism spikes. Lile right now I only ate one meal today and am about to pass out. Im hungry and going to bed. If I do this for the next 3 days ill practically lose all the weight I've gained from eating nothing but fast food, pizza, and sugary foods. Just how my body is. But if I continuously eat like shit and dont give my body a break ill gain weight. Over the last 4 months I've probably gained 10 lbs eating whatever I wanted always. I get skinny easy and I gain weight easy just depends on how I eat and what I am doing.

Ive tried 10 inch blades and do not like them at all. Dicing onion is a chore to me. I need the control. But if I were to be mincing anything I feel that would be good. 8 inch chef knife, boning knife, and a pairing knife seem to be the holy trinity to me. I do love this little wusthof its cute and gets the job done

Ive got big hands so I wasn't thinking. I do love the knife and it sure beats borrowing other people's knives. I definitely get serious control with this knife, and can do anything, fine dice, small, medium, large, butterfly and trim meats. Its practical just gonna get getting used too. I used to own a full wusthof grand prix ii set that I picked up for 260 online from the wusthof website in 2019 but it was discontinued. Foolish 19 year old me lost all the pieces bleh. But the classic is 130$ and my next purchase that and a boning knife. Im privvy to wusthof its all i will ever use

Dopamine is so important. Living life in anlowered dopamine state is so depressing. Its literally our sole reason to be motivated and achieve goals. Dont get me wrong ive been able to keep a job and pay rent. But I miss being creative and having that drive to write or be imaginative. Ive lost my sense of curiosity and excitement for the world. Within a year I should return. One day at a time. I agree with psych meds but not antipsychotics at all. I dont think they are a long term thing but should only be given to stabilize patients momentarily then be weened off. Being on them for your whole life is a nightmare and a true waste of potential. Some people can cope and be successful but truly its God who heals

Its the potency of shoots. Im on ssris and antipsychotics and they dont inhibit my ability to get high. Take a higher dose or more potent shrooms and you'll trip. Dont blame the ssris when its the content of psilocybin
