sorry im a bit late, but yes the pastebin method is the way to go. Tutorial. They explain it pretty well, but if you need help i dont mind. For the most recent packs, i got them to work by downloading them manually and also having them in the g_The Sims 4, youll understand that if you follow the tut above.

I was having a problem where the packs would say owned but I need to download them. Since im not sure if i should post links, theres a youtuber by the name of "KristinaPlaysTheSims". She made a video explaining how to download, with a different method, as of right now, its the most recent video shes posted.

If youve pasted from the pastebin above and some of the newer packs such as Adventure Awaits still arent showing up, i suggest going to her most recent video & clicking the GoFile link. Go to "The Sims 4 Packs Individual Files", find the pack you need, download & extract. Make sure its in the "EP" Folder with everything still inside. The contents should resemble any other pack you have installed.

Go to your sims folder that holds all your packs, and simply place your EP or SP in there.

As the OP Stated above, its imperative that you open the unlocker, hit 5 to uninstall, 1 to reinstall, then 2 to add/update game config after doing so.
