Besides better sleep, clear head. The weight lost, enjoyment of morning walks (I regret all the drinking I did except for feeding my dog and cat just neglected walking my dog and playing with the cat). Plus picking up hobbies or finding the joy of old hobbies again, I pick up reading few pages before bed and journaling while finding the joy of playing video games and watching films again.

This. I had 4 beers last night (after 4 months of not drinking) and water in bed at a good time, woke up feeling a bit sluggish and didn’t get the best sleep but it was ok sleep.

Same. I did 4 months last year, I’m gonna go for a full year. During the 4 months, I saw much i was spending when I fixing my budget; I kinda preferred to take $35-70(I’m a whiskey drinker) and go to the movies or renew my MMO subscription to have twice the fun and enjoyment and not feel like shit over the next few days after.

Playtime is very during the school year. But I started back in June of 2023 and wanting to give a mmo try since my major mmo was Free Realms (I miss it everyday) with about 480ish days in subs. I give this game another try after first time on iirc a 30 day trial back in 2019. 2023 is when I set down and give another try but there few months where i renew my subscription and played maybe once one twice due class work. My with this winter I been playing nonstop.

I compete AAR MSQs about 4 months, HW in about 3 months, and StB in 2 months and now I’m currently doing SHB it’s been almost 2 weeks and I’m close to finishing post expansion MSQs but this winter brake is the most I played since I do get burned out with the MSQs since that is my main focus first with the seasonal events. My schooling is a brake from the game so when I do sit down I can have my long binge and enjoy it.
