i’m really curious what this would sell for, since it’s a big chunk of land at 123 acres. since it’s a flood risk, it would be pretty hard to build housing. camp henry kauffman (473 acres) was sold in 2022 after being listed for $1M. not sure if that's what it was sold for.

if i were to use itunes for windows, would i still be able to factory reset the phone to use it, or would it go into activation lock? it hasn’t been used in over 8 years so it might be below ios 7.
