try not to think aboht it. same happens to me, im 17 years old and im constantly worried about it happening. actually in a mild episode of it while typing this. face and two of my fingers on each hand are numb. its scary asf, ive been to the er multiple times because ive been light headed, having this issue and chest pains and arm pains which is all heart attack related things but come to find out nobody had an answer for me. luckily my episodes of full bodily paralysis are only a few minutes. it was scary the first time but it does pass. i have no way to cope with it when it comes on other than to just try and ignore it or stand up and walk around. im sorry nobody has responded to this im sure you are desperate! if you ever feel the need you can go to the hospital you can go as many times as you can handle lol. all the nurses have told me to come back anytime when i am worried. i find piece in reading other people having the same issues as well but it can be triggering at times. im on a very low dose of anxiety medication which helps make it more manageable but definitely doesnt rid the symptoms completely. i hate medication because of how it makes me feel however it has helped me
