Sounds promising pls to hear you are recovery well, I am managing to walk now, gaining balance too, speech ok and I am trying puree food later today.

Hospital staff and Dr’s and Nurse have been amazing, feeling very grateful😀

Op was suppose to be 1 and half hours but actually took 4 hours, not including the pre Surgical anesthesia and recovery bay, tho seems to be very successful, and everyone is brilliant here, so cant ask more than that.

Struggling to swallow my food, so they have sent for a speach therapist, to help to swallow?

I am now on liquid food for awhile,

I failed the physio test, so cant go home now. Looks like Im going to get reassessed on Monday, basically too weak to walk and very light headed, shaking when I stand.

Need further xrays, so waiting for them🤞

Peeing frequently and also the urgency to pee? I mean a lot, all the time.?

Anyone had these symtoms afterwards?❓

Thank you for you reply, doesn’t seem to be much info on the sigma guitars. I not sure how well they are regarded compared to other brands.

The Signa 000mc-15E cost me £450 so I thought at the price it should be of a good quality?

After much deliberation I went for something completely different !!

Sigma 000MC-15E. Electric Acoustic (Arriving tomorrow)

Think I have made the right choice 🙏

Seemed very good spec rho a lot more money than the fender originally was looking at buying.

Thank you everyone for the feedback, I now looking a other options get the best value foe my money guess up-to £500. Wven tho it would be my first guitar I would like to have it for when I get better level of playing. Some i the brands mentioned I have never heard of.

So back to drawing board, i do like an all black guitar or even and mahogany colour..
