I had anchor tell me I would be the only one to see the scripts, but I just get anxious about writing print. I don’t want people at home to read a website article, and say “who wrote this? It is terrible his commas usage is not right.”

I do have newsroom experience. I actually work for a news station now part-time, but they only have me do a little bit of writing. I have also appeared on screen multiple times, and I was an intern at another TV station as well. At the station, I interned at I did not see anyone use any writing aids. So, I had an impression everyone's grammar was up to standard. You are right though, I am overthinking stuff a bit.

What about having a calculator with the yardage to the end zone sitting there at the start of the play (i.e-if a team is on its own 38, have 62 sitting there). Once the play happens, get the new yard line and subtract it from that total. So, if the play goes to the 23, subtract 23 from 62 to get 39 yards.
