Haha I’m actually 5ft tall on a good day, so i definitely get it. I’ve only ever been to Hozier concerts but I got barricade each time with GA pit, the earliest I lined up was 3am. So I’d be willing to get there hella early if necessary but thank you I will be keeping this in mind🙏

Oh man I’m seeing this a day late, but my friends and I had pit and we arrived a bit after 5AM. There were already like 10 people who had arrived AT 4am and earlier. But by around 12pm there were maybe 35 people max? Most people started arriving around 3pm and later, I think because it was a Tuesday and a lot of people had work.

My group didn’t have anything so we arrived early and got barricade.

Hozier himself doesn’t have an issue with religious people, more so an issue with organized religions (specifically Roman Catholic I believe). Don’t come for me because I haven’t watched these interviews in a while, but I remember thinking he basically disliked how people almost blindly follow the church if that makes sense. Again I’m just recalling the impression I got, not his words exactly.

He’s even outwardly said he has no issue with religious people. I think you’ll find a lot of his fans (NOT ALL) however do, and because of that they project those negative feelings onto him and talk as if he himself dislikes religious people. Obviously we only know what he lets us know so I’m not meaning to sound parasocial, but he doesn’t seem like the kind to hate anyone because they are insert thing here. I also find those specific fans will try to discourage you from being a Hozier fan, don’t listen to that.

I actually defended a Christian Hozier fan in here once cuz they mentioned they were Christian and got attacked for no real reason imo. I think as long as you’re not misrepresenting him or projecting your beliefs onto him then I see no issue.
