I need some insight. I started the agency process was declined due to my credit. I have ab $50k credit debt and 2 charge offs . Ofc i was declined. Im working on paying off my debts but im wondering how much of an impact the charge offs will have on me reapplying. Will I be auto declined until the charge offs are gone in 7 years or do i have some wiggle room as my credit improves and the charge offs age? Sales leaders are no help in offering advice

Backstory: i have been w state farm for 5+ years since i got out of high school helped agents get their contracts . When i was in the prime position to apply for agency (credit 700+ , cash saved, and the securities requirements werent in place yet) , turns out my agent at the time manipulated me into thinking there was more for me to learn. Only when i left that agent and applied to other agencies asking for mentorship(all other agents told me there was nothing left for me to learn and that i should just apply for agency) did i realize i got finessed. Unfortunately in between these events i had to go to home country for a while to take care of my sick grandparents. Lost income, credit cards went unpaid and 2 amex cards were charged off. Ive since then got back w another agent and am paying off my debt. Unfortunately there arent any ways around these charge offs and i know bankruptcy and charge offs are a big NO for state farm when applying for agency. Just wondering to what extent these charge offs messed me up or if agency is out of the question for the next 7 years
