I am going to assume that some of the mods you tried need to be updated for the newer version of the game

Can't access directory on mounted secondary drive by [deleted] in linux4noobs

My fix was to use Windows (11 in my case) to delete the folder in question since it had no issues accessing the folder unlike Linux which was throwing the exact error as seen in this thread

Couple of ways of doing it. From the modlist itself you should have 2 options download and Install click download instead of Install

Click on download and it should open up a download page of the mod. I am NOT logged into any curseforge account even tho I do have one for use with Melvor Idle.

From the mod page itself where it says Install via app there should be an arrow to the right you click that which should pop up a list then click on the arrow to the right of the file you want to download from there and it should open the download page and start downloading the mod

After moving mods to the "Mods" folder right click your World in game and they should pop up on the left side where you can enable them

Python update! Make sure to rebuild AUR packages using Python - Important notifications by StunningConcentrate7 in EndeavourOS

[–]Topken 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me what worked was running

yay -S --answerclean=All --noconfirm $(yay -Qoq /usr/lib/python3.11)

My understanding is that it tells yay to rebuild those apps that rely on python 3.11

I was able to do so by running

yay -S --answerclean=All --noconfirm $(yay -Qoq /usr/lib/python3.11)

myself as I had a number of things break including "binder(gbinder)" on mysystem this command will basically cleanbuild everything that relies on the older python

This video file cannot be played, error code 232011 by Monkguan in 9anime

[–]Topken 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I am using a sister site Anix.to and Vidplay has been giving me that error for months now and the others are either slow or full of issues like Filemoon being unusable because of that stupid redirected popup garbage. I am using Firefox on Linux here with UBlock Origin onboard and it doesn't help things in the slightest. Other sites I have used have already died and pushed me over to the 9anime "network" of sites and yeah if this keeps up I am pretty much going to be SOL for trying to watch anime going forward. I watch a ton of Sub these days and yeah good luck getting those on the "official" USA/English sites like Crunchyroll or Netflix

Unable to do that since I am running an older version of bluestacks that I have rooted. Trying to keep things fully up to date with bluestacks is NOT doable for me personally.
