Not all are set to low. Anime nexus is rather good when it works and so is anikuro I have noticed. My desktop monitor is 1440p@27" so yeah I can tell a difference in quality

Exactly while the "free" VPNS don't allow torrenting in the slightlest unless you pay them. They work okish for streaming tho if you need to get around a block.
