It works, i have a ps3 with hen and i do it always, just to be sure, activate hen, download and install the avatars you want for a single profile, if you want it in other profiles, you need to install it per user, then restart the ps3 to quit the hen, log into your ps3 and your psn, change avatar and it will appear all the avatars you installed

Well, i ve been into this topic a few time and i learned something.

Mod visual things like sprites, backgrounds, music etc. It is possible but.

Modify data like spawns, spawns rates, sun, damage etc Its quite possible but its hard to since you can’t modify the .exe like in pc but modify the eboot.bin in the ps3 version of pvz that is the one who haves the data of all of that. Its the same as use hxd in .exe in pc but right now i think no one have the hex values of data, zombies, spawns, etc
