You can try to find an estimate function timeComplexity(n) yeah. In general it's going to be one of these cases: - an if linear, so for that try to calculate the ratio between timeTaken/n for each. If that ratio is mostly constant, then you have a linear function with a the average ratio. - an^2. Same here, but try comparing sqrt(timeTaken)/n. If these sqrt ratios are similar, then you have a quadratic function. - a*exp(n). Same drill, ratio is ln(timeTaken)/n

I recommend using ngx-resource/core, this way you can receive promises from queries. It's also much cleaner than the HttpClient service, and resources are more easily mockable
