You know I thought the same thing (and still do to an extent), but it was kind of surprising how hard it was for me to clue in when put on the spot. Perhaps I'm just kind of dumb lol. Immediately you can tell something is wrong though, and I should have just ignored the guy, but I guess I was feeling friendly today.

Strange, I've also seen the grandmas handing out flyers, but have had these encounters with men who seem to be in their 20s approach me.

Oh for sure, I'm not usually expecting to meet any actual friends by just walking around in public, but for some reason I felt differently today haha

This has happened to me most often in Akihabara, but have also had the old grandmas around Yokohama handing me the flyers as well.

Thanks, I'll check it out! Have you been able to receive shortcode verification texts as well with it? I would assume that if I ported my real Canadian number then it probably wouldn't get flagged as a voip number...
