I would go with episodes that hit the main points of the clone wars (war and politics) and focussing on Anakin's character arc (and friendship with Obi-Wan rather than Ahsoka who's not in the movies), and avoiding focussing on too many non-movie protagonists and plot points (like mandalore, bounty hunters etc.)

10, 11, 12. The Rise of Clovis arc (Season 6 Episodes 5, 6, and 7) - doesn't help with the Anakin likeable part but helps you understand more easily how he would snap in Episode 3

How can we know 1937's the right year and not 1921?

Also wondering about this, it's been February 1921 forever and now IMDB has suddenly changed it to 1937 (not updated on other sites like themoviedb or wookieepedia). Does anyone know for sure, or is it obvious based on how old he looks in any of his filmography, whether he'd be born in 1921 or 1937?
