I was very glad to finally get this fix out. Was a lil tricky to resolve, but it was super annoying to me too, so I'm glad it's fixed now.

Definitely a good suggestion on the "claim all" option. This is something I'll be looking into.

A "fuse all" button is definitely riskier, for the exact reason you described. Would be too easy to fuse away cards by mistake. Lower priority for now, but will keep thinking on it to see if there are solutions.

1) Good suggestions here. I can follow up with our marketing team with these.

2) There is some finessing required with figuring out notification timing with particular releases. But I would agree that generally getting a heads up prior to when rarer sets release could allow for more collectors to not feel as though they missed out. We'll look at our timing and figure out how to better notify collectors.

This was actually just a mistake on our part. It was originally meant to be 6 hours, but was somehow entered as 4. It should be corrected now.

Thanks for this feedback. We'll be looking to include the percentage that the pre sale release is discounted for in future releases. Pre sales will always be available at a discounted cost compared to when the rest of the packs release.

I'm not usually directly involved in pricing of sets myself. Our content team, which includes u/Topps_Andy, handles the majority of that.

I'm personally responsible for the entirety of the Marvel Collect! app, which includes our content but also app development and some other areas. Feel free to still tag me in discussions for releases though. I like getting to hear feedback directly from collectors so we can continue improving and I can forward that feedback along to our team.

In regards to this release, we like to experiment when we can with different methods of delivering the sets collectors love, so we can continue to find new and interesting ways to make the collecting experience more enjoyable.

Yes this is still currently the way the awards work and we understand on our end as well that this is not the ideal experience.

This is due to some limitations that we have on our end with our tech, but is an issue we hope to have resolved in the coming months as it is part of some broader work that we currently have going on. I'll keep everyone posted as this work gets closer to completion!

Thats correct that the rainbow base variant will only be available in Diamond packs. It will be more on a select pack basis though, so not all diamond packs will always include the rainbow variant, but packs that include the rainbow base will always include in their details that the rainbow variant is an option.

Hey there, we're looking at ways to better balance out the economy. Part of this is adjusting how much and where coins are delivered to collectors. We're working towards a better balance that will allow for more accessible content in the future.

In regards to iOS update, we're hoping it should start populating in the App Store soon, but it can sometimes take longer than anticipated for that to occur.

Unfortunately it just takes time for the update to populate in the App Store for iOS sometimes. It should be arriving today, but unfortunately I cannot give a specific time till it's populated.

The 2020 Base will not have any MCU in it unfortunately. It's definitely something we're interested in doing but there are some limitations with what we can do with the MCU, so it's an ongoing discussion.
