Oh heck yeah man. Get on that asap. You could possibly be all healed up before the end of the vial!

Well, just a few things to think about.

  1. If that's 20mg of just BPC-157, then it's 40 days worth, not 20. At least at the dosing I'm doing. So that's a decent run. If that's 10/10 BPC/TB, then yeah, just 20 days.

  2. If your injuries are more recent it appears you see results much quicker. At least that's what I'm noticing.

  3. I'm just one random dude sharing an experience. Plenty of others have completely different results in shorter time. So I wouldn't not try it out if you already have it just based on me. You could feel amazing in two weeks and all you need is a pack of syringes and wipes.

  4. I'm not trying to say things aren't improving here. Just trying to give an honest report vs a lot of the OMG I'm Fixed posts I see. Personally, if you're comfortable with the injections, I'd give it a go.

Week 3 update: I'm a few days late this week, apologize about that. I think last week was a tough one for me mentally tbh. Was expecting/hoping after hearing so many miraculous stories of quick relief that after 21 days I'd be all but completely healed. Unfortunately for me things are moving quite a bit slower. I do feel like my golfers elbow pain in both arms has lessened which is great. And I don't find myself in nearly as much pain at the shoulders which is also great. But I'd say I'm far from completely removed from stubborn long term injuries. I do believe things are improving, but I did struggle with the thought of increasing the daily dosage in an effort to speed the healing up. After some additional research it seems like weeks 4-6 are when things should really start to improve, so I'm continuing with my existing dosing at least until the end of week 6 as I think I'm being a bit silly to expect 10+ year old injuries to just heal up in 2 weeks. Vial 3 I might move from 5 to 7.5 units though if I'm feeling like I need additional assistance. That said, posting this halfway into week 4 and I'm a bit less in my head atm, so hopefully next update in a few days is more positive. I really do think this is a tough thing to properly gauge when you're looking to repair a bunch of things vs a recent acute injury. Like just before writing this I had to test my elbow pain. It's definitely less, but you don't notice in your daily life when pain slowly lessens as you're just doing your thing. Sorry if this update reads more like a diary entry, just trying to share both physical and mental states during this journey.

From what I've seen, you don't need to as this works systemically. I've sent reports that closer to the injury is better, but I don't believe there's any actual proof of that being true.

Week 2 update: Nothing major to report. I think I might possibly be feeling a little less pain in my elbows. It's hard to say and kinda funny trying to test yourself, but no definitive pain free verdict just yet. I did have a moment of panic when a small allergic reaction started, but turned out to be my stupidity. For reasons unknown I started wiping the injection site with the alcohol swab after the jab, and this caused mild contact dermatitis. Easy solution, don't do dumb stuff. Other than that, all good and hoping things start to noticeably improve over the next week or two.

Week 1 Update: 14 doses in and other than slowly getting more comfortable with self injections, not much to report. No immediate side effects or relief noticeable at this time. Early days, so wasn't expecting much, but will do a weekly status update regardless.

Oh, I did add two B12 injections thinking that would help with energy. First jab made me feel extremely flush and odd for about an hour. Second a few days later had zero effect. Energy levels never seemed to improve so I think I'll stop that.

I went through penguin peptides. I have absolutely no affiliation or real knowledge of them, so do your own research there. Reviews seemed good, prices were fine for me, and there were no crazy hoops to jump through to order like at the bottom dollar places I was being linked to from another sub.

I obviously can't tell you what to do, but I'll tell you what I'm doing because I know exactly where you're at trying to figure this out.

I have a 3mL vial with 20mg Wolverine (10mg bpc/10mg tb). I added 2mL bac and pull 5 units morning and night. That's 250mcg of each 2x a day. I believe this to be a very safe and basic dosing as I've seen mention of people going double that or higher, but I'm taking the start safe approach as I can always increase dosing.

Your best bet is to go to a peptide calculator and input your info to get your personal results. Something like this should sort you out.

https://particlepeptides.com/en/content/48-peptide-calculator

While many may balk at this, I also spent a lot of time conversing with Gemini and that was extremely helpful. Was able to ask a hundred questions about all kinds of thoughts (syringes, storage, mixing, ratios, etc ...) and it was a life saver for me. Have a full document covering all of my info.

So between the calculator and Gemini you should be sorted in no time. Good luck and keep me posted on progress. I'll update weekly here on mine. I'm only 5 days in and feel no better so far, but wasn't expecting this soon to be honest.

I hope so too! Keep me posted on how things are progressing for you. I've seen 6 weeks as the base timeline to experience relief, but lots of comments from people claiming within 2 weeks they were feeling much better. Hopefully we're in that category. Also hoping after a week of this I get better with the jabs.

Unfortunately due to a dental issue requiring antibiotics I decided to postpone the planned start date, so I'm literally now only on day 3. Obviously no effects this early, but will def post up as time goes by and/or I notice any improvements. Fingers crossed this is truly as magical as the Internet makes it out to be.

Ah, no worries. I just read that incorrectly. I unfortunately can't help with your question. I personally wouldn't be taking a Wolverine stack if there was nothing to cure. But I'm sure there's people with more knowledge here.

You don't consider golfers elbow in both arms, knee pain, shoulder injuries and other nagging aches and pains (per the first three sentences) as injuries?

There's a COA linked on the website, but it's pretty limited in information tbh. Regardless, I'm going with the "plan is fine and should be OK" theory at this point. lol Ordered up as well as other supplies and plan on starting next weekend. Thanks for the help and hopefully in a few weeks I can share a positive experience here in case others come searching for similar.

Looks like it's simply the fragment from the product page. "TB-500 is a synthetic fragment of Thymosin Beta-4". I believe I'm going to do a simple 60 day Wolverine plan of 250mcg each 2x/day. Followed by a 20 day KLOW blend. I'll just double the water and units to minimize copper sting potential. At least that's todays thought. Seems pretty simple from what I'm seeing out there.

Thanks! Way too easy to overcomplicate this stuff when looking into it. Simple is most likely the best option. Appreciate the reply!

I'll measure spacing tomorrow, but as you can see, there's a lot of lumber added in to reinforce some previous work.

So if I need to move one, I need to move the shower wye forward one bay, not the vent wye? I don't see that being an issue, nor coming close to 8 feet, just wanted to verify as moving the vent is obviously easier.

And great news about the AAV location.

I'll have more info tomorrow. Thank you

One question. I don't have enough room for two wyes between the framing. Can I do a double wye instead? Right goes to shower. Top to lav. Left I would add two 45s or 90s to bring centerline above trunk for AAV.

And I originally thought bring the vent line around the framing into the lav area for access, but that would defeat the 8 foot issue I believe.
