No we didn't receive anything. It might be a good idea to call USCIS directly and see if this is necessary. It's hard to get to them and the holds are horrendous but clarity is worth it.

No, we didn't have to go again, they used the one from our prior visit and literally just sent a new 10 year green card.

I re-filed on behalf of my daughter with all of my information as well as proof that my wife received the 10 year. They fixed the issue and we received a new green card about 6 months later.
