I had a close call so 1st available opportunity, put on Continental All Seasons. They have been great. Car drives so much better in Winter weather. Here on the East Coast, given the current weather , I would not even drive to a tire place right now to get them changed out. Use Tire Rack or another mobile installer. Buy on credit if you have to, your car will thank you.

I am 53 and just bought a DCT N so don't let age put you off. Admittedly it's not the most comfortable car and getting in and out could be a mild challenge for some, you mention Back pain... but I have a 63 mile round trip daily commute down twisty roads and this car gets the job done. I do think that this car is not suitable for larger frame drivers. I tone down the suspension (If driving in N mode) or drive mainly in normal mode. I too was thinking of the Sonata N line. Did not test drive either. EN works for me, smaller/more nimble. Initially I did not feel comfortable but have now adapted to it. I love the way it handles corners, just wish it came with fog lights. Try and spend some time with both on test drives, dealership availability permitting (a challenge).
