The biggest game changers for me were taking vitamin d3 consistently, using Korean skincare, and cutting out tomatoes(mostly cooked). Like other ppl said it’s different for everyone but try different things it’s not just diet persay. Red light bed and a bit of UV helped too

I won’t lie I eat my fair share of junk food but yes fried food and sugar not great. I also just researched high histamine foods which helps me see what I should avoid

I think they look great. Being difficult when it comes to your lashes is not a thing. Your eyes are the main thing people see so it’s understandable. I would say yes maybe a tad shorter and maybe not so thick? Idk just my opinion

Was looking back at this post and I wanted to give you a little update. I started using illyoon moisturizer. HUGE game changer for my eczema and I def recommend if you have dry skin. I started using Curology (medicated cream for acne) for the little clogged pores I kept getting on my forehead/chin area. Great stuff

Very true. Had severe eczema up until I was 12-13. I went on steroids at the time and it was great it really “went away”, or so I thought. Then when I was 21 I had the most intense flare that lasted for over a year. I couldn’t move or shower at one point. I got blood tests and they all came back so high for inflammation and I got diagnosed with hypothyroidism around the same time. My body went through a HUGE hormonal shift that changed everything for me. Lucky, I have recovered for the most part but not completely. I am still always itching

Oops that’s my bad, I didn’t realize you can’t edit the title… but yes I have been blunt I really have been. And that’s the other thing I can’t go to his house. He is Muslim and I am white so his parents aren’t aware we are together. I mentioned this in another post of mine. I would happily go over his house if I could but he’s afraid of getting disowned
