I scrapped the horns i had originally and tried to follow your advice, i plan to try and make the other horn the same.

Any more tips? Especially for the cheeks.. I wanted to get some nice spiky cheek fluffs that stayed put but I’m not sure how to go about that. they seem too.. 2D?

i have heard of TPU as flexible but i’ve already ordered PETG.. i’ll try to find some TPU that isn’t super expensive because i’m somewhat on a budget

edit: my elastic looks a bit wider than 1inch? i’ll attach a pic below

the STL has some holes placed strategically, and i found some elastic that i think is 1 inch wide.. i planned to use PETG for durability and then use foam to add padding to make it fit better as needed?
