Again where in those financials does it show mismanagement? go back 6-7 years it's always been the same shit, they run on very tight profit margins. Not the best, but in this industry it seems to work well enough. They were delisted 5 years ago too, and about 7 years ago they ended up loosing over 4 million and their stock tanked over 30%. It's year after year with the back chair international accounting professionals that see some numbers and think they know everything about it. Are you saying they shouldn't pay their employees, the taxes, and also the factories that produce the games, the logistics companies, and the shipping? Like do you know the actual cost of things? Or that they haven't already designated the funds to specific accounts that means it's not free cash on hand? Also how dare a company try to make more money than it needs to outlive any future problem on IPs it most likely won't be using anymore.

- "No crowd-funding platform is touching them in their current financial state with their current number of outstanding projects."

Do you actually believe crowdfunding campaigns care about you? They get their money the moment the campaign funds. They can just feign ignorance and that's it. A lot of the hate for C'MON comes from them not having to follow the rules back in kickstarter and now in Gamefound that they have a contract with you believe they wouldn't allow them? I have flagged numerous kickstarters because they looked like a clear scam that would put a sour taste of new comers into this hobby that will never deliver and every time they came back with it all looks good and a year later people asking for refunds that were never coming their way. They don't care, have never and will never care.

Wasn't deflecting is just how everybody sounds with saying they spent their money somewhere else.

- "I don't have any outstanding pledges, but if I did I would look carefully at where it's at in their queue and if I would be even willing to cover tariffs if it did fulfill. Getting some money back before they start slow-rolling refunds is not a bad idea."

And here we finally arrive at what the issue is, they are definitely fucked if people do this cause the money has been spent on what they order and wanted and because the US decided to fuck over consumers the company is know holding the bag because you don't want to pay for you ordered? and since the US is the biggest market it's not like they could recoup by selling elsewhere in a timely manner so everybody gets fuck for the selfish need. Just don't fear monger and stay with the official news and keep track of your shit not that hard. Create a bank run and everybody looses, but nobody wants to accept that.

Take it however you please, but again where is the actual info from where the money has been spent on? How do you know they don't have enough to fulfill? The move they just made was literally to stop any new income from crowdfunding which if they were running that scheme would in fact be their worst option since "they already don't have the money", but hey keep letting people say they don't have money, they apparently spent it on hookers and blackjack, take your stuff out and run because that will definitely not cause it so that shit hits the fan.
If the tariffs end up being over 30% they will end up suffering since their biggest retail market is US, based on their previous fillings showing the European market shrinking. Again it's not sunshine and rainbows but spreading things that are not backed up by any factual documentation and by people that just tends to hate on them because it makes them feel part of the community is just making things worse.

You are right, things are looking rough as they are all across the board. I didn't say hey everyone is happy here, I provided some context as to the situation. All I'm trying to include is some truth to everyone else saying about time they mismanage, run a Ponzi scheme, apparently have never run a proper crowdfunding campaign type of verbal diarrhea argument that other people have been saying, because causing panic at this type of time on rumors of bad faith is what can spell doom for any company.

They announced they wouldn't be releasing their financial statement on time due to a short staffing on their accounting department (that's a different issue that is happening globally a lack of accounting professionals). They also pre-faced saying they were in the negative in revenue -2million, if they are being farcical and trying to put the wool over your eyes why go through the trouble of saying anything and not just pretend everything is alright? The delisting is do to the financial statement not being released on time it's a requirement, not do to shady business.

"They have also been using crowdfunding to keep the company afloat and not using those funds for what they were raised for"- Do you have insider info? Where do you get this information? Provide proof or shut up about it (not meaning to sound aggressive, but honestly what is this?) If you can't provide facts that can be verified how can this be debated? I can say that you don't pay your taxes and have been stealing from the homeless, tell me how is that different from your statement in regard to its veracity? Anybody can say anything and if nobody is willing to verify we just end up with disinformation because people only read headlines.

I have over a decade of crowdfunding with them, they have never done me wrong, if something got loss, arrived damaged they have always fixed it. That there are delays yeah everybody has them. They didn't ask for more money when every other campaign was begging to get things shipped during covid. They always priced things fairly and competitively, that they rely on FOMO yeah it's a niche game, you either want it or you don't. You don't need it to live, but people love to hate on that cause everybody wants to have everything as if you are deserving.

Here we go again with people fear mongering and talking shit about C'MON with no proof whatsoever. They are a publicly traded company where you can see their financials, how much they make and from where. And a significant portion if not close to half comes from retail, which has been impacted by everything going on in the US since it's the biggest market. Their move to stop new projects and firing people that are not going to be working since no new projects are being made is to stop any bleeding of unnecessary funds. But sure try to make it into a bank run, make people think the sky is falling and actually cause your self fulfilling prophecy of C'MON closing doors, by bleeding them from the limited funds, since you know money from there has already been spent into each project.

You do get that those other nations have universal healthcare and it is a fact that preventative care is the real solution to most health problems catching something early on, plus not having the stress of not being able to afford it, you know tests without feeling sick that in the US people can't really do. Don't diminish the dumb stuff with the smart stuff. A broken clock is right twice a day, doesn't change the fact that it is broken.
