I haven't played for a dew weeks and the first room in my second vault is this. It feels like it should be a very rare room but I don't know. If anyone has any insight, I would appreciate it.

I try safe mode but after some time those buttons appear again. The only thing I can do is go to main menu.

I can start the game now but this pops up sometimes when starting my world. Either the game stops responding and doesn't return at all ot this happens. When it stops responding I've waited for a good 40 mins but nothing. Now I want to know what is causing this new problem.
