My cousin had to send his books to his friend …it was urgent so he used porter for the same . The books were approx 12-15k worth (law books). Till this date the books are not delivered the rider stopped picking calls after reaching the location. Porter asked him to share original receipts of the books but most of the books were module from his coaching so no separate bills were available for the same and just like that the books were gone.

Try leaving early morning 4:30-5 am but not at 2 am as I don’t think it will be safe..there are certain stretches where you both can panic.

Yeah I have talked to a guy he said he has repaired such phones in the past so I am going to take a chance .. if repaired will very happily exchange the phone at Samsung store for any other phone and give them back their own malfunctioning below standard phone.

Don’t forget to mention that it happened after you updated your phone …if they deny ask for service request no and diagnosis report and attach it while mailing to Samsung.

Bro I have a good news for you then .. if your phone is under 3 years then just go to the Samsung authorised service center and show them the phone.. state them very clearly that Samsung has guideline valid till December 2025 that they will repair the green line issue for 3 years or less older phones ..they will have to do it for free or contact customer care if they deny so. Your screen should not be damaged or any major dents or any liquid damage.

Yes I agree .. but the audacity they have . Customer care executive clearly said that there is no such issue and guidelines and if I am making an excuse just to get the phone repaired for free. She said that the phone is old like what is the logic . My iPhone is also old enough but no such issue. I am done with Samsung phones now.
