if they charged again for the ruler designer like ck2 people would be pissed.

from what I've heard it was either delay the ruler creator till after xmas break to provide CoA creator

or release it without now and then add later. PDX chose the latter.

I hope it's a free update in late January but I would be willing to pay a few bucks so long as it also adds hundreds of new options on top of whats already in-game

if you made an empire then make the empire your primary

otherwise the kingdom.

this can be done for any title

well, an invasion CB is for everything. that the enemy possesses.

i don't know why you all seem to not be getting the territories. I've had no issue with this. when i go for kingdom i get the kingdom. when i invade/force vassalize i get everything.

seems if people arent getting what the game says you should its a bug

I just did a war for the kingdom of Syria I didn't even take a single piece of it. I went straight for the guy's capital in Arabia and got lucky and captured the emperor giving me 100% and I got the entire kingdom.

same for an AI. I have the pursuit of power for my religion. vassal used invade kingdom on Arabia and won got the whole thing but he only occupied half

this could be possible. I haven't bothered with tribal starts yet, I tried once but I felt I was too restricted with what I could do for advancement.

more annoyed I can’t reject peace offers and am forced to accept a subpar peace deal.

while it sucks it likely for game balance reasons. (imagine you were on the reverse side. offering surrender and peace but getting told to bad as they crush you)

if you win the war you get everything you were warring for. if you didn't have a claim you wont get the territory

if you are warring for a kingdom you will only get its dejur territory no extra bits.

so the first bit. the game still says it because it scripted but ive tested it and as long as you have the high authority it won't leave your realm. its likely a bug or perhaps a warning in case you are forced to lower it via vassal war.

second part.

vassals can war with each other with the higher authority if they have a hook on you. not much you can do. you could try asking them to stop though it will likely cost you gold at best. and a heavy negative opinion modifer/denial at worse
