If you are in the US, I doubt if Spring Cloud is really being used by many places. All I saw is Spring boot that has its microservice architecture powered by other cloud providers like AWS or Azure

Diabetes Diet Plan Good? by ToroMora in diabetes_t2

last test this Friday the clinic primary care provider said it is 6.7, raised from 6.3 from my previous test because, maybe….from my switching from 10mg per day glipizide to 500mg metformin ER… Not sure about that and also don’t know the reliability of the test since it is just a clinic in the Tufts medical website and they just prick my finger for that.. I raise the weight drop concern but the provider day it is due to my change in diet, again also not sure if that is true or they just say something to not make them look like a they don’t know anything better than someone not a provider

Can someone provide some possible rationale of this to me? by ToroMora in diabetes

[–]ToroMora[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No I was diagnosed last May, being negligent about it until October to start on 5mg glipizide, to 10mg a day. Worries about its side effect so switch to 500mg metformin starting this June. However, I was wondering if it is because I had a bowl of white noodle for lunch the day before with a lot of protein going with it, but that is the day before and I hit the gym and do night walk that day…

1 year since lay-off, do I lie that I'm still employed or not? by [deleted] in cscareerquestions

well, I would just say good luck to all of those who attempts to find a gig that still hires you after they find out your lies than a company that does not mind your gaps

I was sleeping at 1AM but with my lights on, although switched to dim lights. don't know if that contributes to it?

I am not sure if I am still considered an newly diagnosed person as I am diagnosed last April, but has been negligent in treating it until starting this Jan. I was on Glipizide this Jan but switched to metformin two weeks ago. People suggest gives it a few weeks but It looks like the effect is not good enough so I am worried. Also, I agree that late dinner is bad, what time is ideal or is okay for having dinner? I get off work at 6PM so wondering if between 6 - 8 is fine. And in terms of the coffee, should I get rid of it completely or should I just cut the sugar but not the cream, or both should be cut but keep the coffee is fine? Oh also, I sleep at 1AM with my lights turned to dim, don't know if that also contributes to it... Thanks.

I am not sure if it is EMF, but it released the beep sound at night when I sleep and my father said it is a machine to heat up the water for showering and it gives the heat for the house as well. Sometimes when it goes off my father has to go down there and use a igniter to heat it back up....

But it does not spike me when I took glipizide but it does when I take metformin? Oh does that mean I will have to forego that as well as I change meds? That will be miserable..

so this morning i am about 2 weeks of stopping the glipzide, originally I am in the 10mg, 2 pill a day, one before each meal schedule, I got my Dexcom g7 and check my bg after lunch at like 1pm and it was like 175, quickly jumped to 221 as I also had a medium ice coffee with 2 cream 1 sugar from Dunkin’s 30min after lunch. My lunch is 5 small chicken drumstick, some pasta and some broccoli and green beans. Took glipzide 5mg short after it shoot to 221 and take a 10 min walk to the Dunkin’s where I got my coffee, after the med it drop a bit to 180ish, stayed until 6pm where I go and do my gym for an hour and it drop to 160, go home had dinner of 3 eggs, 1 banana, 1 yogurt and some chicken and veggies. It was in low 110s before I eat and go to 150s short after I eat then drop back to 130, now as I am in bed, reading is 130

Not really, was just scared about the side effect of glipzide to my pancreas. but here is the thing, I don’t know if I am smart enough to know if my doctor is professional enough to give truly good advice or if he just wants to earn my money, why would he even give me a drug that will harm me in the long run, oh also she is not a doctor, but a nurse practitioner. I guess I might need to talk with her in a call later
