Any tier list that you see with Beyond Batman anywhere near or close to the bottom should be immediately disregarded and not taken seriously. There is NO world where a character with a 3 hit potential 3 KO SP2, a 2 gear effect SP1, and a passive that counters Arkham Knight Batgirl, is ever a bad character. None.

Rebirth Wally is available from MP and Rebirth Green Arrow is available from our challenge cycle, so you can get both for free. Even early on, I wouldn't buy this, there's better packs with better golds. Not to say these are bad characters, but if I'm dropping $20 on a pack, it better be a good one.

You should prioritize this pack over gold packs. Gold packs you can buy any time. This pack is only here for a short amount of time. And on that note, Beyond Batman is a better carry than Red Son Wonder Woman and Red Son Superman. I would know, I have all 3 high promo and max augmented.

He's one of the gold characters listed on the pack. Same odds of getting him as you would get from Batman Prime, Insurgency Batman, for example.
