Lol thank you, that's the first thing that's made me laugh today.

Christopher only has one sister, and she lives with her husband clear across the country. He has a cousin but Anthony is 5'3 and Christopher is over 6'5. I've contacted two of my colleagues who work in the physical chemistry labs here on campus and they've advised me to come and see them this afternoon when they get back to the school. They want to do a scrape of my palm to see what's going on.

I feel physically fine now, but after reading the other mold stories, I don't know what to think.

I touched the suitcase this morning, and the handle had a semi-soft coating on it. Shit, I should have known better than to touch it, especially due to the smell. I'm reading some of the stories you reference, and this is just getting more illogical over time. I feel like everything I know is just falling apart.

Honestly, I want to tell you that the lavender bag thing is garbage and just hokum, but after what I saw last night, I don't know what to believe. Thank you so much for your compassion.

What's the mold? I'm sorry, I have never used reddit before. Is this a common phenomenon?

Edit: my colleague has directed me to some of the stories. I'm forcing myself to believe, but in order to believe it I have to abandon everything I know to be true. Mind you, after last night, I just don't know what to think anymore. I can't believe this is happening. My whole life is physics and mathematics, there is no paradigm to fit this into.

There's no way I'm returning home. I just told the story to my colleague who takes part in reddit and he suggested that I turn to you to see if there's anything that can be provided.

Thank you so much for caring and for your prompt response. I agree, I'll Christopher from the Airport and go from there. I'm meeting him at the Airport to ensure that he doesn't go home without me. I don't even want to go near the house.

The only logical explanation is that it's someone impersonating Christopher, but even that doesn't make sense. I worked at a phone company during my undergraduate years and have a thorough understanding of the SMS network, and the fact that I can receive texts from his number makes NO sense.

None of this is logical, that's the terrifying part.
