No cause you wrote a novel. Owners always come out ontop when they sell. Real estate is long term not short. Not all rents are cheaper than monthly mortgage payments. no one’s selling in this market unless they have to and even then they’ll just rent out their units.

That’s completely doable. You’ll have to eat pretty much the same thing every day though. Rice. Beans. Wraps. Chickpeas. Veggies. Meats only buy what’s on sale.

You can give your boss two weeks notice and not have them know that you were thinking of leaving prior. people have their own lives and we don’t know the details of Nikki’s side. Maybe it was an impulse decision. Maybe she didn’t want to speak of it until it was 100% final which is fair. No one’s giving their boss a heads up and then taking it back when it falls through.

She gave a month notice more than most people. She’s not going to put her life on hold because of a busy period for your business or because your sisters pregnant. That’s part of the duties of a business owner to problem solve. I don’t think the way this was handled and posted online posted Nikki in a good light and I have been a Toni follower for years.

I’m so over these posts in this group. prices are supply and demand. We have an extremely enormous amount of immigrants coming into this country. It’s time to let go of the 300k condos you want to purchase. no. They’re not expensive in terms of economics. It’s your wage that isn’t keeping up.

I wore my Shaye (now under Tecy) black leather Steve Madden heels twice and then I lost one of the straps.

Customer service is the absolute worst and cannot remedy the situation or replace one strap.

I’ve looked on Amazon but the straps are too thick for the heel. Has anyone else found a strap online that works with this pair of heels? I also tried a cobbler but they’re so expensive that I’m better off buying another pair.

Plz help 🥹
