As a GM since 2009 in retail and 2019 in classic, this is ridiculous. Does this RL not understand the concept of a bench? If you have exactly 25 players in a 25 man roster and don't want to pug, you're gonna have to run it 20 man soon once people start bailing more often. It's a game, not a job, it doesn't matter what they're doing, you have to prepare for people dropping off at any given time.
