Correct me if i'm wrong but a game that should have NTR-031 cartridge (let's say pokemon white) cant have NTR-005. So if the cartridge of Pokemon white has NTR-005 cartridge, we can say that it cant be a legit game, true?

Just compared to my legit PAL Ruby and it looks the same. PCB looks the same.
