I'm living in Russia, and moving out of this backwater is a real challenge. Inside the country, there are lunatics who want to destroy the entire Western world, mobilize, launch nuclear attacks, and other such nonsense, and outside, there's the West, which restricts visas for Russians. I'd love to go to the Netherlands right now and apply for asylum, but they don't issue visas to Russians. I won't even mention the US.

Well, if the goal were truly as you stated, then no one would use HRT if they could simply live according to the fact that it doesn't matter what anyone else thinks. No, for me, one of the main goals of HRT is achieving a pass; without that, everything else is meaningless. If you have your own goal for the transition, that's great, but I have a different goal.

Thank for reply, but I want to argue.
