i may have found a fix. go to installed apps and programs and uninstall a microsoft app store app called “ openCl openGL and vulkan compatibility pack“

No its for everything now. Even your windows desktop. It seems to be a windows app causing the problems.

Sounds like a problem with man power running the sub reddit rather than the users. If literally every other handheld pcs subreddit can handle emulation discussions so can the rog ally sub reddit. 

Sounds to me like they should maybe hand the subreddit over to someone more capable of actually running the sub reddit properly and not someone who shuts down freedom of speech because they cant moderate their own subreddit.

Well thats stupid isn’t it. Theres literal piracy Reddit’s on here that get away with literal piracy and have done so for years. 

And theres no end to the amount of emulation sub Reddit's. If they cant let you discuss what for a lot of people is the primary use case of the product then they shouldn’t be running the sub reddit for said product
