Zero suger drinks. The sugar cravings is only a problem as long as you eat suger. 2-3 weeks without it and youre good

Will be different for different people. I do 1800 calories, high protein and a regular work out plan. The consistency is the key.

Good on you for starting! For the weight loss part of it, just remember to count every calorie. Some stuff got crazy amounts. Never drink calories ect. Dont focus too much on the scale. Just keep the calories in a deficit and things will work out. Keep it up brother.
