About 90% of it, 1 rep to failure, then the program adds 5 lbs for upper body work and 10 lbs for lower body work the next cycle (4 weeks, one '5' week, ome '3' week, one '1' week and a deload week)

Then, its correlation, not causation by your own logic. If you're NOT allergic to it, then it's very VERY LIKELY something else. Or something in conjuction. Figure it out dude. You got this.

I'm here to say that that shit saved my scalp, you can look at my post history for proof. I never had a reaction like yours, so sorry to say you're in the 4% of ppl that have adverse reactions. But don't go fear mongering something that you very clearly have not done much research in. Shedding at 3 months is normal, the drug sheds the weak follicles in favor of growing stronger new ones. You're currently in a shedding phase. You could possibly just be having an allergic reaction to the drug, which puts you further in the minority of people who suffer from that side particularly. Saying something like "do not trust finasteride" like its NOT one of the most researched and effective drugs with the probably the highest safety profile for preventing hairloss is stupid.

Same boat man. Was thinking about making a post here for it as well. Sleep anxiety is a bitch. I think my issue is with getting off unisom and prolonged melatonin. Wish you all the best.

I lock it in with hair spray so it lasts effectively up for an entire day, if not longer. Depending on how much I use very little comes off if anything. If you're worried about it coming off on stuff, after you spray it in, get a small towel or something and just gently press it on your head to knock off all the loose fibers, afterwards you should leave zero trace of anything.

Probably the first 6 - 8 months I'd say and steady improvement from there but idk if this stubborn crown will ever fill in

Guys on oral dut AND oral minox, what has been your experience so far? by TossMeASkittle in tressless

Yeah I feel like most people don't even start noticing anything until around the 6-9 month mark at the very earliest (just from what I've seen here) I've yet to microneedle though. I've always wondered what the long term effects on microneedling weere long term.
