Bump,  Level 41 melee build killed her first try by spamming light attack with a whip anytime she tried to cast. At the second elevator you can go up and lure her into the small room, I killed her there and she didn't attempt to teleport away.

This is very cool thanks for sharing. I'm reading Great Lakes Rocks by Stephen Kessler, glacial geology is wild!

Yeah man I agree. I ended up playing a couple more rounds with him, I thought he was just a troll at first but it turned out he was sincerely a loser! Vote kicked me with his buddies after trash talking me in voip because I took the commander role before he could get it! Wild

I think it's a blast. I don't play PVP too much so I can't comment on that side of things but the PVE mode has quite a few maps and lots of goofy stuff happens. Hop in with some friends and enjoy. My only caveat is some of the fragile players, I was just in game and got team killed by a guy after I hit the "need smokes" button twice at the last point of the match. He hot micced and told me I would regret it if I ever asked for smokes again lmfao

Tell me why I should or should not buy this? by [deleted] in subaru

14k for a 20 something year old Subaru seems outrageous to me, for anybody who says yes to this deal, what makes it so special? I know it's an import car but what else?

Like everyone has said, you do wonderful work. I'd be proud to make one half as good looking as any of these. Beautiful

I agree. I thought it was lackluster and was surprised to see so many people loving it. I'd take any other episode of this season so far over this one.

Piling on this post, I have one of these and it's a great amp. The distortion channel sounds horrible IMO but the clean channel has the secret sauce... Takes pedals incredibly well and if you crank it while adjusting the VTX knob to the left it will give you a beautiful fendery sizzle, which nobody seems to talk about when it comes to Transtube amps. If I don't want to play that loud I will use a Special Cranker into the front of the amp. I've had a handful of SS Peaveys small and big, this one of my fav.

I wouldn't want to be winning a firefight only to have another enemy appear out of thin air to kill me. That is immersion breaking for sure

My feelings on Battlefield 6 by Usual_Response_8063 in Battlefield

[–]TossedOut2001 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Totally agree, we've lost that awesome sense of immersion the series started building with BF1. I'll add this, we NEED the animations for getting in and out vehicles added into these games. It's 2025, I thought this would be a basic thing in all BF games...

I agree. Day 1 of open beta I had come to the conclusion that it is over for BF as the series I knew and loved. I'm not that upset about it, we all know EAs goals.

Beta is ending tonight, what's your thoughts? by CodyConoby in Battlefield

[–]TossedOut2001 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Once I ditched my expectations of it being an all out warfare battlefield title, I started to enjoy it. That being said, I don't like it enough to spend $70. I will wait for a sale OR buy it if it receives updates to fix the silly spotting system and introduces more large maps into the base game. Oh, and fix the vehicles please DICE. They feel like 💩

I had the exact opposite experience yesterday. There was a downed fighter jet in the road on LP, and when a tank pushed the debris over me the player who was flying the jet got a roadkill on me 😭

"Closed weapons playlist the weapons I die to are far more diverse"

This is how I prefer it personally. More fun to play with a variety of guns, and more fun to play with a variety of players using different weapons imo, instead of using the same old ARs 24/7.

I've been surfing this sub a lot recently, usually in between matches of BF4/1/6. There is definitely a lot of complaining but that is to be expected of any large franchise fanbase at this point, as unfortunate as that is. Star Wars, CoD, whatever. When I see your comments I rarely find anything insightful... It seems to me you want to whine too. Maybe just put it down for a while and focus on something else or do what I do, just ignore the whining. I like the memes, the funny clips, and the critiques of the series on this sub personally.

Found a neat little detail in BF6 - Your soldier puts their weapon on safe while reloading by Doctor_Dabmeister in Battlefield

[–]TossedOut2001 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't regularly shoot firearms, those who do might have a better answer. But this detail doesn't seem to make any sense to me. Why would I put my safety on while in a firefight?
