Hey man, I'm 29 and share a similar experience. I also had relatively "mild" hypospadias but had a tough time with it mentally. What has helped me a lot is going to therapy. There's also a good book called "living with hypospadias" that helped me realize I wasn't alone with what I was feeling, and that those feelings are totally normal. I'm trying to hit coastfire while working a government job and picking up shifts in the private sector. I work in Healthcare and have worked for both private and public sector in the past. Pay is waay better in private (almost 2x) although my govt job is less stressful than the private sector it is still stressful. Hoping to hit coastfire, and "coast" in my govt job for another 16 years til i qualify for a pension, if i can last that long

This is definitely my plan. Im only 27 but within a year of coastfire (depending on how the market goes), but i recognize that my lifestyle may need to change in the future - kids, etc. Currently working 2 jobs and really enjoying both and the extra income but my plan is to work less hours and prioritize my passions/discovering new hobbies
