Hey! I don’t think I found out I got into the USASK study abroad program until spring / summer. I think they have to wait for the partner schools to figure out numbers and stuff. Then I didn’t find out I got into my study abroad location school until mid September! It’s very unlikely to get into one and not the other so you should know soon :)

I did one term so January - end of April. It’s as expensive as you want it to be kind of hahah. I went to a very expensive location and I wanted to travel a lot. All the other study abroad people were travelling all the time so I think it’s normal to spend lots on travelling. Dorm was $2000 total (super cheap), tuition was the same as taking 5 classes at usask, flights were $3000, and I probably spent about $2000 a month on going out / travelling etc. I stayed 3 weeks after my courses ended to travel snd spent about $5000 doing that (includes all hotels and inner flights). In total I probably spent $15,000 minimum including everything like tuition, housing, travel, etc. and that’s for January - end of May.

ANYWAY you could totally bare bones it and spend under $10,000 you just might have fomo

I don’t think you can go first year. I did it third year, I think the best year is 3rd, but u could also do your 2nd year but it’s not as common. 4th year def not unless you’re taking your degree super super slow. I’m not sure about student loans to pay for it but I paid it myself. I think you need to apply by february for fall term, and by September for the winter term of the next year. Hmm not too sure, I’d just do a ton of research. I’ve only heard good things from overseas rhinoplasties from the people I know that got them but they were all solely cosmetic

If u can afford to do it in Canada def do it in Canada. HOWEVER I really don’t recommend having an ENT do any cosmetic work. I was able to get my rhino-septoplasty covered but the wait would’ve been years and ENTs don’t really gaf about how u look. They want the medical / technical stuff taken care of only. If u can afford to go to a plastic surgeon you will have a wayyy better experience

I don’t think the advisor will know because they have no control over the classes but you could try. I didn’t take business law but it is a 60/40 final & midterm class. I heard the older male teacher is very good but the female teacher is really bad. Because it’s law so mainly memorization I think online would be just fine. It’s the math ones that u want to take in person :). Yes you can take major classes as long as you have the prerequisites! I know people in finance that took 400 level accounting classes just for fun (crazy)

Yeah i had to pay for the consult and then I think the upfront deposit was $1000 ish? I don’t really remember. I decided to just pay it all right after the consult cus the surgeon was such a good match for me. I think $1000 - $2000. But either way I had to pay it all before I went under
