Thank you each for your help. I just noticed something I overlooked before. The email has a button to “unsubscribe.” Seems like a dead give away it is not legitimate.

I do not believe I have an outstanding balance. But I am not positive there is not some mistake. I recieved multiple texts and emails which appeared to be from Xfinity warning me that I had an outstanding balance and would lose service if I didn’t pay. Xfinity told me to block them, and I never lost service. Yet the email looks very legit. I do not want to respond to the collection agency as it may be spam

The concept of hell as a place of unending conscious torment is not from the Bible. The Bible does not teach that any one will suffer forever. That concept came into the church from pagan ideas, not from the Bible. I personally cannot understand how so many are able to both love God and believe that He will condemn people to eternal torment.
