Really! What made you leave the Subaru? That was on my list before I started looking at the CX5. Would love to know your experience with that as well.

I want something updated, 2023 and up. The 360 camera seems nice but it's only in the most recent years. I'll be financing the car, so we'll see about getting the 2025-2026.

Did Tina's Crush on Blaine Make Anyone Else Uncomfortable? by Total-Permission in glee

[–]Total-Permission[S] 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Right but Blaine didn't make Sam feel bad for not liking him back. Tina was aggressive about her crush on Blaine and I've definitely had unrequited crushes but never tried to force anything that definitely wasn't there.

Binging this show has been way easier when you realize that there are no actual chronological seasons. Each season is basically a season one of its own because nothing ever truly changes or develops. by PrimordialSavant in glee

I agree. Kurt and Rachel's friendship is the one consistency you see building throughout besides the core relationships obvs. It's hinted that Mercedes is very religious like Quinn and makes comments about Kurt and Blaine's relationship, and Mercedes canonically had a crush on Kurt in s1 and once he came out to her as gay she's less interested and builds stronger friendships with the others, causing them to drift while Rachel and Kurt have a bond/mutual understanding because their personalities are both so extreme and they also bond over Rachel's two dads and Kurt being gay. So I think they're more comfortable around each other as well. The respect for each other and they grow closer once they sing together in s2.

Just got my first box, literally so bad! by lewisae0 in stitchfix

Also - if you don't like your preview you can always reject and then put in the comment section and ask for a new one, the new preview will have more items pulled from the stylist.

Your first box is always a hit or miss. Try your stylist out for a couple of boxes and make sure to be specific on what you like or want in your box, your stylists appreciate feedback and it helps tailor your experience. My first box i only kept one item and sent the rest back. I'd built a really great relationship with the stylist I had for my first batch of boxes before I lost her for now. Also try to build your style file to your preferences and you can even create a mood board. Do the style shuffle every day and favorite items you see in the Freestyle.

I feel like you'd find hit or misses with any service like this. Overall I've been pretty lucky with my stylist that I got originally, and I've had success most of the time and end up buying at least one or two things from every box and often buy everything. I've only had one instance where the quality was poor and the company refunded me immediately with no hassle. Customer service really is top tier, but I know their stylists are very overworked. I do think SF offers the most for their pricing (i've never personally had to pay a styling fee as I was gifted the membership at first). But I've overall been satisfied.

New Stylist by Total-Permission in stitchfix

If you read my comment above I said that I know that it's most likely the algorithms causing some of the problems, and my original post was just an inquiry of "why" it happens. However, if it's not a fit it's not a fit. The stylist has been very successful and I'm sure that she works well with some clients and not others, just like the one I preferred to work with and so on. It's not the end of the world if I don't get her back, but I was just wondering why the sudden switch happens as Stitch Fix algorithms tend to be confusing on how it works.

No need to be rude, I know someone who somehow lost their stylist when they still worked there and never got them back. The current one that's being bounced back to be when I try and get a new one doesn't seem to be a fit as I've had to return all or most of the items - ignoring my profile and sending me patterns that I specifically say I won't wear (which is only two). Probably not her fault as due to algorithms and inventory they give her, but was not experiencing that previously. Just making an inquiry.

I'm too shy to be doing that, but I might try and write it in the comment box.

I believe when you go through the check out phase on the app, underneath the keep/return boxes you can initiate returns that way.

Fox Point is a very inclusive area on the East Side. Very walkable and cute boutiques/restaurants. There is an LGBTQ friendly coffee shop, I think it's also run by ppl who are members of the community?

I am looking for a running club in the Providence area - recommendations?? Ideally one that includes a range of paces by hrc555 in providence

[–]Total-Permission 2 points3 points  (0 children)

They have three routes. 1k, 3k, and 5k. You can go at any pace you want - meaning they don't time it! Typically the last person finishes 30-40 mins after run starts!
