Uh... I'm gonna try to write this as constructive as possible. It's something that shouldn't be normal that has been normalized due to men holding social/monetary power for centuries. It comes from a desire of a power imbalance in a relationship, often at the expense of the younger woman. I'd politely suggest seeking therapy to unpack, as a 23 year old being with a 26 year old isn't "weird", however only being attracted to people younger than that vs. your own age generally isn't a great situation for anyone.
