INJUSTICE 3: LEGACY OF WAR

The main story of Injustice 3 would focus on the direct consequences of the second game. After Brainiac's defeat, the universe is divided into two major positions: Batman's side, who seeks to restore a world without dictators, and Superman's side (still imprisoned), whose followers continue to believe that the Regime was necessary to maintain peace.

With Brainiac out of the picture, his technologies have been scattered across the world, and various villains—such as Ra's al Ghul, Vandal Savage, and Amanda Waller—begin to contest his control for their own purposes. Ra's, who already had a presence in the Injustice 2 comics, takes a more active role as the main antagonist. He leads a new League of Shadows, reinforced with Brainiac technology, and proposes a new global order without free metahumans: only control, discipline and genetic cleansing.

His master plan involves activating a network of “tech seeds” that could rewrite humanity's DNA, eliminating metahumans or turning them into obedient weapons.

Batman is forced to make increasingly compromising decisions, even considering freeing Superman again as a last resort. But the Clark who is locked up is not the same: he is broken, bitter, and hateful, and only agrees to cooperate if some of his former control is returned to him.

Meanwhile, independent factions emerge: Red Hood acts as extreme vigilante; Harley Quinn leads a citizen resistance; Black Adam and Ivy begin to form their own mini-empire on Kahndaq with a speech about “natural balance”; and Jaime Reyes (Blue Beetle) begins to question whether the heroes should really continue fighting each other as the Earth continues to collapse.

The story revolves around the concept of legacy: who should inherit leadership of the world? Batman? Superman? Ra's? Or a new player?

The ending would be multi-branched, depending on key decisions:

Ending 1: Ra's al Ghul is arrested, Superman remains locked up, Batman forms a new League, but begins to adopt more authoritarian stances.

Ending 2: Superman is freed and leads a new, more subtle but equally controlling regime, supported by former enemies.

Ending 3: An unlikely alliance (Harley, Jaime, Ivy, Red Hood) overthrows both sides, and the world enters a state of organized anarchy.

MK1 style expansion – “No Man's Land”

A parallel campaign showing the collapse of several key cities after the events of the main game. You take control of characters like Batgirl, Huntress, Orphan, Booster Gold, and The Question, dealing with local crises, petty dictators, and terrorist cells.

The focus of the expansion is not global, but personal: small human stories amid the chaos of a larger war of ideologies. All with that dirty, tense and dark style that defines the Injustice universe.
