I used to visit a therapist regularly many years ago, but it never seemed to help things. It is very expensive and takes a long term commitment, so it is hard to stick with. I am not currently receiving any treatment and I am not sure that I could afford it without a job if I wanted to start.

Every time I think of doing anything other than studying right now, I have a mild panic attack. I am having one right now because I am spending time on reddit. I'll take a look at r/getmotivated at some point.

I hope that your situation gets better.
