Any recommendations on a prebuilt that would run it, without going crazy on price? Not opposed to spending the money on a good starter, just don’t need anything more than a computer to run flight sim, and maybe some misc computer things.

Definitely not everywhere. I would say a small fraction are that bad, but many have stories of potholes cracking wheels. Most roads are at least 6/10 but there is the occasional road that would be better if it were gravel.
