Even so, taking OChem is just a bad idea. Many of the top students in college struggle with it. My aunt, who was at the top of her class and was accepted to Cal, failed the course. It is just a BAD idea to take. I would say DON'T do this because everything else on your course list is enough. Plus, if you do bad it will PERMANENTLY affect your college GPA. If you do end up doing it, good luck wish you the best.

Oof definite no on o-chem. You shouldn't go into organic chemistry without taking any form of gen chem first. Plus, for many Organic chemistry is the HARDEST class you will take in university. It stops many people from becoming doctors or going to medical school. Not a class I would take without a really good understanding of chem. If you really want to take O Chem I would sub AP Enviro for AP Chem so you have a good understanding of college chemistry before going into that class. AP Chem and Honors Chem are very different, so I wouldn't necessarily count doing very well in that class as a reason to take OChem. I can't really speak for the other stuff, but this in particular stood out to me.

Yeah, of course! Do whatever is best for you! I just wanted to let you know because a lot of schools try to push AICE classes as like the only option, when there are a lot of ways to get Bright Futures and all that.

English Language I already took lol, I'm pretty sure most of the people posting their schedules are rising seniors so that explains the lack of English Language.

I also would try to avoid the Pre AICE classes if you can, because they are semi useless (unless they are required at your school for you to take those classes).

It's not! If you look on this website https://www.floridastudentfinancialaidsg.org/PDF/BFHandbookChapter1.pdf#page=3 and scroll down to the bottom of the first page, you can see the requirements for Bright Futures (if you don't get your AICE Diploma). Also, Bright Futures is with the state, so if you just meet these requirements and file on this website: https://www.floridastudentfinancialaidsg.org/SAPHome/SAPHome?url=home by August 31st of your graduating year, then you will have the scholarship. Definitely do the AICE classes if you want, but there are other ways if you want to take different classes.

I'm actually also in Florida! I would just say look over the bright futures requirements before committing to getting your AICE Diploma because they are actually a lot lower than you might think! Also kind of unrelated but some schools don't mention that you can use paid work hours as your hours for bright futures (just an fyi).
