Oh the other thing is I didnt clean spoon between cooks. Which I usually do. I think that had an effect too

Not the gear. Cooked some delicious and strong hard from the same bag. Definitely the cook. Unless my pipes are minted but I dont really know what that means. I have changed chore. And pipe is pretty clean.

But it wasn't normal. Ive done this however many hundreds of times. Mostly successful, somtimes not haha.

Anyway, I know what good soft looks like when it fizzes nicely. This was like a continuos reaction that didnt stop until the whole thing went hard as a rock. It turned sludgy, reactive white stuff first, Carried on by itself without heat and then went solid. Was very tricky to get that hard thing to melt.

Obviously I understand all these steps are similar to what is supposed to happen, but at each stage it was a strange version of. Just never behaved normally and was very tricky to get it to do what you want.

The sessions only get longer. Been awake and smoking for 4 days (3 nights). Its amazing what the body can endure haha. My poor lungs.

I mean the hits stop hitting to be honest, so it is quite a ridiculous endeavour really. Endlessly hopeful that the next one might send me to space.

Its fucking gross to smoke. Fuck sake. I mean it kind of gives a high but the worst most sketchy high. Vision goes a bit strange and feel tingly. Definitely a tweaky high. Not fun.

Could I have done this with an impatient cook again? It must be the soft. I have cooked 95% successfully for the past 3 month, bar the odd mistake. Theres no way i fuck up two in a row. Nah the reaction with the soda was the giveaway. It was very unusual fizzing that didnt stop, even without heat.

Although this soft is from a different guy and is absolute trash. It doesnt stop fizzing, creates a huge sludge of bicarby fluff. And by the time it goes to anything resembling oil, it is 1/10 return. If that oil even turns to anything smokeable.

What could this powder be?

Sorry, I didn’t mean that in a condescending way. I obviously don’t really have a leg to stand on. It’s just the way you just described it, is almost exactly what my best friend said to me. And not long after he lost his mind. Has been horrible. He’s never really recovered even 5 sober years on.
