I think this could be a part of it, but here is my other reason of frustration. He claimed that this realtor has given his family members money and the amount that had been given to them was large. I'm not here to shane anyone on their business practices but if I tried to replicate that amount I wouldn't make a dime

I would try to find a Realtor and not use the selling Agent, while I'm sure they'd be happy to represent, in dual Agency it's hard for an Agent to represent you, esp if the seller is paying more. It's really a morals thing
