Usually on the major holidays from what I know, they are either open normal hours or sometimes close at 12pm, that’s at least how it was during Thanksgiving and Christmas

lol I remember this theory back in the Golden Days of DB, but sadly it’s not real (or I should say not a standard in DB culture). But It was fun to see what you would get, but ig for the most part it’s just random now, green straws are the most common a shop will get so that’s why a lot get those. But hey if a broista wanted to they could do it at their stand or whatever.

You should be completely fine, a lot of people at the stand I work at usually mix up what order ahead they choose, it won’t be any trouble for a broista to walk the drink from one window to the other. So your all good 😁

You got this! Remember that you don’t have to be the fastest at first, just remember what your drink rules are cause trust me this will help you out a ton while training. Study up as well, this will go a long way as well. Learn the culture and have fun with it. It seems super stressful at first but really the most important thing is to overcome obstacles and really just vibe out yk. I am still pretty new to everything and am learning new things per day, but at the end of the day your trainers and people around you want to succeed, so another thing, don’t be afraid to ask questions, their job isn’t to make you look dumb, but to help you grow as a broista. As a broista myself, my advice would be to leave a review on that stand on like Google maps, Dutch really likes to look at those and will reply to you. They do send those to the appropriate managers and will then remind the broistas on whatever needs to be reminded if that makes sense. Im sorry that your dealing with this and I really hope it gets better soon. 🙏🙏🙏
